01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tabje platform at tabje.net, creating a tabje account, or placing any bet on any tabje game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and tabje. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the tabje platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of tabje, including players who access the platform via the tabje website and players who use the tabje Android app. The terms apply equally regardless of how you access the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use tabje, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access virtual game platforms of this type.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on tabje or any affiliated platform.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tabje employee or contractor.

tabje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, tabje may suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one tabje account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering a tabje account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

  • Your tabje account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your tabje account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested.
  • You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
  • tabje will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from tabje that requests your password should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

04 Deposits

tabje accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your tabje account balance in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied to deposits made through supported payment methods.

The minimum deposit amount on tabje is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by tabje, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. tabje does not charge a fee on incoming deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside tabje's control and are not reimbursed.

  • Deposits are credited to your tabje balance in real time under normal conditions.
  • If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 10 minutes, contact tabje support with your transaction reference number.
  • tabje only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
  • tabje reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Third-Party Deposits
Depositing funds from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account that is not registered in your own name is a violation of these terms. tabje may freeze funds deposited from unverified third-party sources pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

tabje processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket in BDT. The target processing time for standard withdrawals is 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. tabje does not charge a withdrawal fee. The amount shown in your tabje balance at the time of withdrawal request is the amount that will be sent to your payment account.

The minimum withdrawal amount on tabje is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit set by tabje under standard account conditions, though tabje reserves the right to apply enhanced verification for large withdrawal requests.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your tabje account.
  • tabje may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal if your account has not previously been verified.
  • Withdrawals requested during scheduled maintenance windows may be delayed. tabje will communicate maintenance windows in advance where possible.
  • tabje reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity on the account.
  • Funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on tabje — including Coin, Fortune Horse, Ice Hockey, Tennis, Super Wheel, Dragon Gate, and all other game categories — use a hardware-seeded cryptographic random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified. The RNG certification covers all outcome generation processes across all tabje game categories.

Game outcomes on tabje are final once the round has been settled and the result displayed. tabje does not accept requests to reverse or void settled bets except in the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical fault caused the game to settle incorrectly.
  • A system error resulted in a bet being placed at incorrect odds or with an incorrect stake amount due to a platform malfunction.

Players are responsible for reviewing their stake amount and bet selection before confirming each round. tabje does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. 07 Bonuses and Promotions

tabje may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or enhanced odds to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions that apply across all tabje promotions unless otherwise stated include:

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tabje. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of your account balance:

  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics in a way that gives an unfair advantage.

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your tabje account.
  • Money laundering: Using tabje to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds.
Enforcement
tabje monitors all accounts for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while the review is in progress. tabje cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud or financial crime.

09 Responsible Gaming

tabje is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform includes a set of responsible gaming tools that are available to every player from the moment their account is created. These tools are designed to help players manage their gaming activity and are enforced server-side — they cannot be bypassed by clearing app data or using a different device.

  • Session time reminders: Set a reminder to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.

  • Self-exclusion: Permanently close your tabje account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

tabje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification when requested.
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
  • A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
  • The account holder's death, where tabje has been notified by a verified next of kin.

When an account is suspended for investigation, tabje will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via the registered contact details within 5 business days where legally permissible. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their tabje account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment account before closure is finalised.

11 Privacy and Data

tabje collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating a tabje account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

tabje collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, and comply with applicable regulations. tabje does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) only to the extent necessary to process your transactions.

12 Limitation of Liability

tabje provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While tabje makes every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game settlement, tabje does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from:

  • Temporary platform downtime due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
  • Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's payment provider.
  • Losses resulting from bets placed in error by the player.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the tabje platform.
